is crafter armor personalized? - Guild Wars Forums

can I have one of my high level/canthan characters buy armor form a crafter then transfer it to a lower level character though the Xunlai chest, or is the armor personalized and only usable by the character that did the purchase?

Only the person who bought it can use it.

*All* armor is customized the moment you acquire it and can only be used by the character that acquires it (can't even be used by a new character with the same name).
